Free Trial, Plans, and Upgrading Your Account

ScanCardPro is designed to prove its value before you pay anything. This guide covers how the free trial works, what you get when you upgrade, and how to change your plan whenever your needs grow.

Starting your free trial

You can start for free — just sign in with Google and scan. The trial lets you experience the full workflow: scanning cards, automatic Google Sheets sync, and organizing contacts. It is the fastest way to see whether ScanCardPro fits how you network, without any commitment up front.

What plans include

Paid plans unlock higher scanning volume and the automation features that save the most time. Depending on your plan you get more of the things that matter as you scale:

    • More scans per month for heavy event and conference use.
    • Instant intro emails so follow-ups send automatically.
    • Custom lists and segmentation for organized, campaign-ready contacts.
    • Priority support when you need a hand.

You can review current plan details and pricing on the pricing page any time before deciding.

How to upgrade

When you are ready, open your account settings and choose Upgrade (or head to the pricing page and pick a plan). Enter your payment details through our secure checkout, and your new plan takes effect immediately — no need to re-scan or reconnect anything. Your existing contacts and Google Sheet carry straight over.

Changing plans later

Your needs can change month to month, and your plan can too. You can move up to a higher tier when a big event is coming, or step down during a quiet stretch. Changes apply going forward, so you are always paying for what you actually need.

Billing questions

Invoices and receipts are available in your account for your records. If you have a question about a charge, your renewal date, or which plan is right for your volume, reach out — we would rather help you land on the right plan than have you overpay. To manage or cancel, see Updating Your Payment Method or Canceling.
